The ResortQuest Pacific Monarch is a 3-star renovated condominium property, great for budget minded travelers. The hotel is located just 2 blocks from Waikiki Beach and just a short walk to the Kapiolani Park, home of the Honolulu Zoo, the Waikiki Aquarium, a world-class bandstand and the Waikiki Shell, a concert venue.

Kuhio Beach (part of Kapiolani Park) is more laid back than Waikiki Beach (though oftentimes just as crowded), with a larger number of local residents making use of the shaded lawns and picnic tables. The free Sunset on the Beach movie event takes place on Kuhio Beach every other weekend (weather permitting), drawing thousands of residents and visitors alike.

Upon check-in, guests will receive an Aloha Deals Coupon Booklet filled with discounts on dining, shopping and entertainment (one booklet per room), along with a 2-for-1 luau coupon. The only rooftop pool in Waikiki is located on top of the ResortQuest Pacific Monarch. While not overly large, the view is simply breathtaking. The hotel also features a sauna, large jet spa and a hospitality room for early or late arrivals. Note: The hotel will be starting construction on their new Jinroku Restaurant (featuring Teppanyaki-style cuisine) from May 10 to August 15, 2008. Work will be done Mon. to Sat. from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm only with most of the heavy work completed by the end of May. The hotel will do everything possible to ensure guests' comfort.
